We are Southbridge Access, an Educational Tourism Company that creates turnkey solutions for faculty-led programs. We are currently looking for our next Costing Associate for our Operations Department.

The objective of the position is:

Source and update every needed quote for SBA programs in direct contact with providers, to provide the best costs and fees in every operating country.

Main responsabilities:

1. Analyze quotes provided by Business Development to ensure a reliable and convenient budget.

2. Provide quotes through negotiation with providers, so that Business Development can deliver proper proposals.

3. Contact providers through email, phone calls, and by any other necessary means, to obtain the requested information, and to enhance relationships with them.

4. Recieve and study the provider´s quotes, to ensure that the information is according to what was solicited, so that is comparable and enough for the proposals.

5. Keep a constant update through intern communication channels about the status of requested quotes, to fulfill established time-frames for Business Development.

6. Keep the provider's ' base organized by clusters, and updated for every coursing year, and for next year according to needs.

7. Search for new providers, according to SBA´s operations throughout the world.
