Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to join our expanding team. As a Business Development Intern at RampHR, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and establishing partnerships with HR companies, consultants, and other strategic channel partners. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development within the fast-paced HR technology sector.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential HR companies, consultants, and channel partners.
Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective partners through calls, emails, and networking events.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners.
Track and report on business development activities and outcomes using CRM software.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic startup environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- English proficiency is required; additional language skills (especially Spanish) are a plus.

Bonus Points:
- Previous experience or coursework in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Knowledge of the HR technology landscape and industry trends.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software applications.
