We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who wants to build real products, work closely with developers, and learn how to use AI to design faster and better.

Role: UI/UX Designer

Junior to Mid-level (0–3 years experience)

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys building modern software interfaces, thinking in systems, and working in a fast-paced startup environment. You will design interfaces for web applications, internal tools, and AI-powered products used by global clients.

Responsibilities

Product and interface design

Design user interfaces for web and software applications

Translate product requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences

Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs in Figma

Design systems and collaboration

Work with and extend existing design systems

Design using component-based systems such as TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui, or similar

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure clean handoff and implementation

AI-assisted design

Learn and apply AI tools to speed up design workflows

Use AI for ideation, iteration, layout exploration, and content support

Help define how AI can be integrated into our design process

Iteration and improvement

Gather feedback from internal teams and clients

Iterate quickly and improve designs based on real usage

Balance speed with quality in a startup environment

Requirements

Experience designing UI/UX for digital products

Strong proficiency with Figma

Familiarity with design systems and component-based design

Understanding of TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui, or similar UI systems

Ability to think in systems, not just screens

Strong communication skills in English

Comfortable working remotely and independently

Interest in AI, automation, and modern product development

Nice to Have

Experience working with developers in agile or startup teams

Basic understanding of front-end concepts

Curiosity about AI-powered tools for design and productivity
