This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience in a fast-moving AI and automation startup. You will help manage the marketing pipeline, support execution, and contribute directly to content creation and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Marketing pipeline and coordination

Manage and track marketing tasks to ensure deadlines are met

Coordinate with internal team members and external collaborators

Keep projects organized and moving forward

Content creation

Write and assist with email campaigns, landing pages, and basic marketing copy

Support content planning and campaign execution

Contribute ideas for marketing initiatives and growth experiments

Social media and community management

Respond to comments and messages across social platforms

Engage with the audience in English and Spanish

Support brand presence and online communication

Execution and support

Assist with marketing automations and internal processes

Prepare basic marketing and client-facing materials

Work closely with leadership and growth teams

Requirements

Spanish native speaker with strong English communication skills

0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role

Strong written communication in both languages

Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks

Interest in AI, automation, and startup environments

Ability to work independently in a remote setting
